Mohan Kumar has having 20 years of experience in different position with the tasks, duties and responsibilities focusing on Handling Utilities , Inspect, repair, and maintain all types of electrical equipment / Installation and facilities including Motors, DG sets up to 13 MW , Substations 66KV to 220 KV, Circuit Breakers of 440 V to 220 KV, Air compressors , HVAC System -Chillers ,Cooling Towers, LT cable – Power cable Projects , AC and DC PLC Drives circuits (H/M/L voltage), WTP, ETP, STP plant, Fire fighting with alarm system, CCTV, BMS , HT and LT system and all related Engineering equipments –systems and All Fabrications of SS – MS Modification , Retrofitting and New Projects. Property Management of Housekeeping and other End to End Soft Services like , mailroom management, Garden Maintenance, Pest Control, Canteen, Pantry Services, Transport & Admin… Effective operation problem solving and root cause analysis.
